Behind the artist…

Yes, my parents were nerds.
No, they didn’t mean to name me after Tomb Raider.
(At least that’s what they say.)
(Yes, I’ll still respond if someone yells “Tomb Raider!” across a room.)

I’m Laura Croft, a designer and art director from a little place called Dothan, Alabama—also known as “the peanut town” or “that spot you drive through on the way to the beach.”

I’m currently a graduate student at the University of Alabama, studying advertising and public relations with a concentration in creative advertising. I’m also part of Minerva, the university’s two-year portfolio concentration, where I’ve been building work with the help of some pretty cool copywriters.

In December 2023, I graduated summa cum laude with my bachelor's in public relations. Since then, I’ve been building my book through a lot of late nights spent with Photoshop and a really good playlist.

This site is a collection of what I’ve made—and what I’m capable of making.
Check out my work, find me on socials, or just shout “Tomb Raider!” and see if I look up.
